So last Monday 6FEB12 I started to go no wheat no dairy in my diet...the no wheat thing lasted 2 days..i didn't know there was wheat in my soy nuggets booooo... so now just super decreasing wheat..no bread, no pitas, only my veggie chips...organic pasta on occasion...but i have been kicking ass on no dairy, no milk, no ice cream...went completely dairy free...soy and almond milk only from now on...and only organic dark chocolate when needed....we'll see we'll see.
