Well, here we go again...after about a 7 month "vaca" he's going back on the road. We knew this was happening eventually, and now it's a reality. Come next month, Matty will be headed to the deep south! Hopefully run into Troy and the gang from Swamp People! Fortunately I have so much here to keep me busy with work, yoga, trainings, the garden, drake, the house, the renters, the girls :) I will blink my eyes and he'll be back. I'm both excited and sad of course. Excited he can get back to doing what he loves and making some real money. Sad I'll be without him, and sad for Drake too...Drake's Gonna miss him....Luckily it's a short one, then it'll be his bday again....take a few days off and travel, kick it, celebrate, go to the country and what not. Same ole story for my bday this year...he'll be gone :( ...looks like we'll celebrate this weekend...oh well...not too worried about it..like I said, I have plenty to keep me busy. And grateful to have a wonderful support system close by with the girls and the neighbors, and if all else fails, I've got my shotgun! Who knows...maybe I'll find some time to venture down there...never been. We'll see. What I do know is it's about a17 hour drive from home, that's 1,026 miles away...waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.
